PTI Architects' ends 2016 on a positive outlook for 2017 as construction of Medan Deli and Six Senses Uluwatu, two of its major projects progress steadily and are committed to realizing their completion on schedule.

Medan Deli, a mega mixed-use development of 600,000 square meters comprising of a retail mall, seven apartment towers, an office tower, Pullman Hotel Medan and a multi-storey carpark building is situated on a 5.2-hectare property by the Deli River. It is scheduled to top-off most of its towers by the end of the year. Its sheer scale and size positions itself as the largest integrated mixed use development to be constructed outside the metropolitan area of Jakarta and the main island of Java.

Meanwhile, Six Senses Uluwatu, a resort development on a 12-hectare cliff-top site overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean continuous to evolve under-construction to achieve the best combination of amenities for the target market. It comprises of sky villas and detached villas ranging between one to four bedrooms with their private garden and pool, and exhilarating vistas. It also features a specialty restaurant and an all-day dining restaurant, spacious indoor- outdoor meeting and event facilities such as an open movie theater, an open cliff-bar with fireplace, banquet and spa facilities, a kids club, a retail gallery, an iconic pool bar and a chapel, all the amenities in making one's stay restful, relaxing and rejuvenating.
