PTI Architects takes a slice of the growing budget hotel business as

established foreign and local hotel management companies and new investors capitalize on the increase in economic and tourism activities outside Jakarta and Bali into second and third tier cities.

Working with several hotel operators, both foreign and local, PTI collaborates with the owners/investors, explores plan options, develops its brand, and designs hotels that display a fresh and contemporary look and a clean and comfortable atmosphere that appeal to the practical and discerning middle-class market. PTI prepared the Design Guidelines for Zest Hotels and the new model for Batiqa Hotels and Corte-Z Hotels. Beyond design, PTI strikes a balance among operational efficiency, long-term facility maintenance and environmental sustainability to achieve a viable return-on-investment.
