PTI projects dominate the inaugural indonesia Property Awards 2015-2016

The Indonesia Property Awards held on the 3rd of September 2015 is the latest addition to the Asia Property series. The first annual Awards had a total of 26 categories to honour the country's most exceptional projects, designers and developers, covering residential, commercial, office, hospitality, villa and green developments. This celebrated event held at the Intercontinental Jakarta Midplaza was attended by over 200 of Indonesia most respected real estate leaders and professionals.

It is with great honor and pride that PTI Architects received a total of six (6) awards for its three (3) projects namely:

  1. The Regent Residences by Kencana Graha Global (KGG)
    2. - Best of the Best Condo Development in Indonesia.
    - Best Luxury Condo Development
    - Best Residential Interior Design

  2. Mangkuluhur City by Kencana Graha Global (KGG)
    3. - Highly Commended Residential Architectural Design.

  3. The Avani @ BSD by Sinar Mas Land
    4. - Best of the Best Housing Development in Indonesia
    - Best Housing Development
