For the third consecutive year, PTI Architects is honored by the recognition given to two of its projects at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards held in Kuala Lumpur on the 8^th of May. ALFA Corporate Headquarters was awarded the Five Star Best Commercial High-Rise Architecture in Indonesia while Mandiri Learning Centre was bestowed the Highly Commended Public Service Architecture in Indonesia.

The ALFA Corporate Headquarters of the ALFA Mart Group is a twin-tower office development at Alam Sutera, Tangerang. It comprises of a 30-level tower and a 28-level tower with support uses which include food and beverage outlets, retail spaces, a ballroom, corporate meeting rooms, a connected basement and podium parking, executive floors and owners apartments on the top two floors. Scheduled for completion in 2016, it will offer a high quality office environment with maximum efficiency and flexibility, column-free office floor plates combined with top grade building services and aims to be ESD Gold Rating.

The Mandiri Learning Centre in Medan sets the benchmark for the succeeding learning centers to be built across Indonesia by Bank Mandiri to provide continuous training and development of its human resources. It is a 3,000 square-meter, 2-level facility consisting of classrooms, discussion fields, an auditorium, a dining area, support offices and a future hostel - on a site area of 3,300 square meters. Currently operational, it has made learning an unforgettable experience with the use of highly flexible and adoptive spaces in combination with cutting-edge multi-media technology, veering away from traditional perspectives of executive training/learning.
